Ben Mims is the pastry chef at Bar Agricole restaurant in San Francisco. He was the associate food editor at Saveur magazine in New York City where he worked for over four years. At Saveur, he developed, tested, wrote, and edited all recipes for the magazine, as well as for its books, eBooks, website content and other publications. He has tested and styled recipes for cookbooks and magazine articles, and is currently working on a Southern desserts cookbook to be published next spring by Rizzoli International Publications.
