Sparkling Meyer Lemonade
Meyer lemon, a hybrid between a lemon and a tangerine, has a natural floral-like sweetness and lower acidity than a traditional lemon so you need less sugar to make lemonade. Feel free to add a shot of booze. Vodka is the obvious choice. Other winners: gin, dry vermouth, tequila and sparkling wine.
- Combine filtered water, Meyer lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher or large bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice, topped off with sparkling water.
